Park View Adventure Club PRIVACY POLICY

§ 1. General provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of Park View Adventure Club services via the website operating at https://parkview.com.pl/ .

  2. The controller of personal data contained on the website is: ParkView Sp. z o. o. operating under the name: Park View Adventure Club with its registered office at: Wiślana 8 00-317 Warsaw NIP: 5253029835, REGON: 540531239 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

  3. Contact with the Data Protection Administrator is possible at the following e-mail address: zuzanna@parkview.com.pl .

  4. Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

§ 2. Purposes and basis of data processing

The Administrator processes your data for the following purposes:

  1. Performance of the contract and provision of services (e.g. booking an entry, purchasing a pass, participation in events) – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (necessity for the performance of the contract).

  2. Contact with the Customer (responses to inquiries via the contact form, e-mail or telephone) – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller).

  3. Ensuring security (e.g. verifying the identity of participants in high-risk activities) – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

  4. Pursuing and defending against claims – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

  5. Own marketing (e.g. newsletter) – only on the basis of the User’s express consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).

§ 3. Data recipients

  1. Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on our behalf, including:

    • Providers of IT services and hosting of the parkview.com.pl website.

    • The accounting office serving the company.

    • Payment operators (in the case of online payments).

  1. Data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area), unless the specific nature of the IT service requires it (e.g. Google, Facebook), in accordance with standard contractual clauses.

§ 4. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data and receive a copy of it.

  • Rectify (correct) your data.

  • Deletion of data (if there are no legal grounds for further processing).

  • Data processing restrictions.

  • Objecting to data processing.

  • Data transfer.

  • Submitting a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

§ 5. Cookies
